Consumes a lot of space between the machine and the wall

The filter is a good addition specially because it comes with a replaceable cartridge. However, a downside is that it consumes a lot of space behind the washing machine, which means that the machine has to be pulled in front resulting into a consumption of prime space.

The website doesn't specify dimensions of the product. However, it requires 6 to 8 inches of space behind the washing machine.

Water science should consider a relook at the design of this product or create an L-shaped attachment that will help users to connect the filter at an angle to the machine, saving some space.

The best part though is that Water Science has offered to return the product and refund the money. Hats off to their services.
