Have been using this for more than 6 months, and I can say this has been a life saver in Hyderabad for me. Had been experiencing very poor water quality in my society, installed this after a recommendation from my friend, the device has improved my water quality, water feels soft and I can see lesser amount of limescale deposits in my bathroom. Needed help from a plumber to install but then otherwise its a very good product.
Water quality in Bangalore is very poor. The hard water will cause hair loss, dry skin problems etc. I went for this product because it's made by a Banglore based company.
I felt it's difficult to install because it's not DIY, you need a plumber who knows and understands the pipelines in the apartments or house.
I checked the softness of water falling from 1600 ppm to 270 ppm.
Have been using for 6 months, works fine
